Standard Businesss Listing Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

The Promoter is Yell Limited, Queens Walk, Oxford Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 7PT ("Yell").
When you submit a Standard Businesss Listing ("SBL") request, Yell will, subject to your fulfilment of the SBL eligibility requirements, enter your details into this prize draw. By entering into this prize draw you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who breach or threaten to breach these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants must be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom and aged 18 or over. Entry is restricted to one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw. The prize draw is open to new SBL applicants only whose SBL request has been successfully processed by Yell.
Neither Yell employees, suppliers (or members of their family) nor anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are eligible to participate in it.
By participating in the prize draw entrants agree to be contacted by Yell by email, post and telephone in relation to Yell's products and services.
The prize winner is required to co-operate and participate in publicity concerning the prize draw including a photo shoot, at the Promoter's discretion.
The Closing Date for this prize draw is 23:59 30th November 2009.
The prize draw will take place within 14 days of the Closing Date.
The prize winner will be notified of the prize within 28 days of the Free Prize Draw taking place. The prize winner's name and county will be made available by sending a SAE to: Yell, Marketing Dept, 'SBL Free Prize Draw', Queens Walk, Oxford Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 7PT, within 60 days of the closing date.
The draw will take place by the Promoter before an independent observer. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by registered post using the details provided during the SBL registration process. If a potential winner cannot be contacted to discuss their free advertising requirements, through no fault of the Promoter within 28 days of the Prize being posted by the Promoter an alternative winner will be selected at random and the original prize winner will no longer be entitled to the prize. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize may only be used to buy paid for advertising services on Yell.com. Where the value of selected advertising is greater than the £2000 prize, the price winner will be invoiced the excess.
Yell accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged entries. In addition prize draw registrations that are incomplete not transmitted or transmitted with errors or corruptions will be deemed invalid for the purposes of this promotion.
The award of prizes and arrangements for delivery will be at the discretion of the Promoter following provision by the winners of proof of their eligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion or provide an alternative or substitute prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash-alternative will be provided.
Yell is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of entrants. All information collected during the Prize draw will be handled strictly in accordance with Yell's Security and Privacy Policy.

For training purposes calls received by Yell may be recorded.
