What happens once I've expressed an interest?

Once you've expressed an interest your name will be added to our list of interested parties for your chosen classification.

If the slot is available, one of our sales consultants will contact you to confirm the content of your advert and complete the sales process. Otherwise, if the requested slot is unavailable, we will add your name to a waiting list and you will be contacted if the advert becomes available.

When you buy a Yell advert, as a Yell customer, you are entitled to a free, secure online Yell Direct account, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to manage all your Yell advertising at a time that suits you.

You can update your business details or change the wording of your advert as often as you like, so you can ensure that you are always advertising the correct contact information and your latest products, services and offers.

Changes normally go live within two working days subject to being checked by a member of our Yell.com Service team.
