- Create your advert—follow the steps online. If you like it, just add it to your shopping basket.
- Give payment details—pay by debit or credit card using our secure online payment system.
- Yell Direct account—your free online account will be set up for you at the same time.
- An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to you.
- Advert live on Yell.com—we aim to get your advert live on Yell.com within 24 hours (subject to when you place your order—orders placed over a weekend may take longer—and the advert meeting our advertising policies).
- You will be notified by e-mail when your advert is live.
- Then it's up to you—amend, update and manage your Yell advertising on Yell Direct when it suits you.

When you buy a Priorty Advert online, you will also set up your free, online Yell Direct account, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to manage all your Yell advertising at a time that suits you.
You can update your business details or change the wording of your advert as often as you like, so you can ensure that you are always advertising the correct contact information and your latest products, services and offers. You can also keep an eye on how your Priority Advert is performing each month.
If you bought your advert over the phone or from a sales consultant, you can register now for your account. After registering, you will be sent a personal identification number (PIN) in the post, which you will only need the first time you log in—to activate your account. Thereafter you can log in any time to manage your advertising.
