CAS Adverts are designed for trade association members and include the following advert types:
Yell.com CAS Basic
- Details: name, address, telephone number
- Functionality: get details by text message, map/directions, save details
Yell.com CAS Content
- Details: name, address, telephone number
- Content: two lines of text (max. 50 characters each)
- Functionality: get details by text message, map/directions, save details

2. How much do they cost?

3. What coverage area do the adverts come with?
Both products cover a Yellow Pages book area of your choice. |
4. Who can sell and renew these products?
These products are exclusively sold and renewed through our CAS Sales Team (telephone 0800 371 755). |
5. How do Yell.com users see the CAS Adverts?
When a user carries out a search on Yell.com, a link at the top of the search results page takes them to a list of companies that are members of their selected trade
association. This page also contains information about the assocation.
CAS Adverts will not appear in the main results page, and other Yell.com adverts will not appear in the CAS search results.

6. Can I buy multiple advertising addresses, associations or areas?
Yes, but you need to buy another advert at full price for each new advertising address, association or coverage area you require. |
7. Are there any restrictions on advert content?
Adverts cannot contain web addresses (URLs) or e-mail addresses. |
8. Do I have to have any other Yell advertising to qualify for a Yell.com CAS advert?
No—the only criterion is that you are a member of the trade assocation you want your advert to be listed under. |
9. Can changes be made to my advert within the 12-month contract?
Name, address and telephone number details can be changed, but changes to content are not permitted. |
10. Will I receive any advert proofs?
You will receive a letter acknowledging the order. This will include details of the advert content,
but will not be a visual proof showing the advert as it will appear on Yell.com.

11. What happens if I lose my association membership and ask for a refund for my Yell.com CAS advert?
The advert is sold on the condition that you are a member of the stated association. If you lose your membership,
you are not entitled to any refund on your Yell.com CAS advertising.
