Once I have purchased my domain name, can I amend or cancel it? Upon completion of your chosen domain name purchase, the name is registered to you for two years. Upon expiry of that registration, you will be given the opportunity to renew the domain name.
After registration, no amendments to the domain name can be made and the domain name cannot be cancelled.

What type of domain name suffixes can I buy? There are many domain name suffixes that can be purchased:
- .co.uk indicates a UK company website.
- .com is short for "commercial" and indicates a company operating for profit. It is the most popular suffix and is used predominantly by businesses intending to operate across international borders, although anyone can have one.
- .net is short for "network" and often indicates network-related organisations and enterprises, internet-related companies and businesses involved in the internet infrastructure.
- .org is short for "organisation" and is usually used by non-profit making enterprises such as charities and public sector organisations.
- .info is short for "information" and is available for all uses. Anyone can have a .info domain name.
- .biz is short for "business" and is for use by businesses or for commercial purposes.

What sort of limitations are there on the size and content of the domain name? Letters in lower case, hyphens and numbers can be used within your name but any other characters (e.g. colons, "&" or "@") are not allowed. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 63 characters can be used in your domain name. |

How many domain names can I purchase? Any number of domain names can be purchased provided the chosen names and suffixes are available. |
