1. Is there any information that cannot be included in my Enhanced Listing?
E-mail addresses and web addresses (URLs) cannot appear anywhere within an Enhanced Listing. However, we can place an "E-mail business" link on your Enhanced Listing, which provides another way for your customers to get in touch with you.

2. How many listings will appear on a page?
Ten listings appear on each search results page. There are a total of six pages per search. Enhanced Listings are randomly presented on
the search results page, not in alphabetical order.

3. Does an Enhanced Listing get priority on the search results page?
Enhanced Listings appear at the top of Yell.com search results above all Free Listings. |
4. What options are there for displaying my company information?
The content of an Enhanced Listing can be structured as either six bullet points (30 characters each) or two sentences of text (90 characters each). |
5. Can I change the information in my Enhanced Listing?
If you register for account management on Yell Direct you can amend the content of your Enhanced Listing at any time, even after you've purchased it. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Services team on 01753 507414. |
6. Can I buy additional classifications and advertising addresses?
Yes—each additional advertising address or classification with the same content will cost a further £30. |
7. What if I want an additional Enhanced Listing with different content?
Each Enhanced Listing with different content is charged at the full price. |
8. What area does an Enhanced Listing cover on Yell.com Search?
The basic coverage includes the post town where your premises are based. For example, if your postcode is RG1 7PT you'll appear any time "Reading" is searched for. In addition you may appear when people search on larger areas, so this example could also appear when people search across "Berkshire", "South East England" or even the "UK". |
9. Can I increase my geographical reach with an Enhanced Listing?
Buying an Enhanced Listing with Coverage Plus delivers a search area equivalent to a whole Yellow Pages directory area.
